Streamline Veterinary Services is an independent veterinary practice providing aquatic veterinary consultancy.
It is run by veterinary surgeon Mr Will Wilkinson MRCVS who has experience across a range of veterinary sectors and continues work begun by Dr Peter Scott FRCVS through Biotope. Whilst Dr Scott has now stepped back from fish work, he assists Streamline Veterinary Services in an advisory capacity.
The business' core work is within the UK aquaculture industry, specifically focusing on trout. We also work with other sectors, including coarse, ornamental, aquaria and research. We focus on animal welfare and good practice, working with other individuals and organisations such as CEFAS, the EA and the VMD as needed to provide the best outcomes for clients and patients: good welfare is good for business.
SERVICES
Streamline Veterinary Services provides veterinary input and oversight, welfare assessment, diagnostics, prescriptions, treatments, preventative care and consultancy.
PROJECTS
Working with industry bodies, we aim to help the British trout industry continue to produce high quality, sustainable food. This includes work on pathogen mapping, vaccine availability and minimising the need for antibiosis.
